About the four Gospels
The four Gospels have 89 chapters and 3,779 verses between them. Much of what you draw will be Jesus speaking, or a scene from his ministry.
Matthew, Mark and Luke tell the story in a similar order and share many of the same accounts, which is why they are called the synoptic Gospels. John is arranged differently and includes long conversations and teaching that the other three do not have.
Because the same event often appears in more than one Gospel, a good next step after a draw is to find that account in another Gospel and compare the two. The differences in what each writer includes are worth noticing.
